Last Updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using Velox and Velox Executor (collectively referred to as "the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not purchase or use the Software.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Velox ("the Company"). The Software is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.

2. Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree that you will NOT engage in any of the following activities:

  • Unauthorized Reselling. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer your license to any third party without explicit written consent from Velox. Any unauthorized reselling will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
  • Reverse Engineering. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software in any way.
  • Redistribution. You may not upload, share, or make the Software available on any public or private platform, including but not limited to forums, file hosts, or Discord servers.
  • Sharing Credentials. Your license key is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your license key or panel credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
  • Illegal Use. You may not use the Software for any illegal activity or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

3. License & Ownership

Velox and Velox Executor are commercial products. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal use only.

You acknowledge that:

  • All intellectual property rights in the Software remain the sole property of Velox.
  • This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.
  • Violation of these terms constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
  • The Software is sold as a Lua executor and mod menu for educational and entertainment purposes within sandbox environments.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Freedom from detection by third-party anti-cheat systems
  • Compatibility with all game versions or server configurations

We make no guarantees regarding the undetected status of the Software. Anti-cheat systems evolve constantly, and no mod menu or executor can guarantee permanent undetection.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velox shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or accounts
  • Game bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed by third parties
  • Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software

In no event shall Velox's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Software license.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued after purchase, except in cases where:

  • The Software is completely non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • A technical error on our end prevents delivery of the purchased product.

Disagreement with the undetected status of the Software or changes in anti-cheat behavior does not constitute grounds for a refund. We recommend using an alt account if you have concerns about detection.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU privacy laws, we collect and process the following data:

  • Account Data: Email address, license keys, and purchase history for the purpose of providing access to the Software and support.
  • Hardware Identifiers: HWID (hardware ID) for license authentication and anti-abuse measures.
  • Usage Data: Basic telemetry data necessary for the Software to function (e.g., version checks, cloud feature synchronization).

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data
  • Withdraw consent at any time (which may affect your ability to use the Software)
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the Company's registered jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Company's jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Continued use of the Software after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
